It seems to be an operational amplifier (OpAmp).  But we want to know the exact datasheet.

As it turns out, the SNxx is a custom device, for a specific customer and under NDA, therefore, information concerning this device can only be requested by that original customer.  You will have to inquire with the company that designed/produced the board to request information about that IC. 

And I'm curious as to the nature of the request, are you attempting a repair of the board, or a redesign of the product?

We have a precise understanding, IC "SNxx" is exactly OpAmp.  We are researching this electric scooter motor control unit to create a control unit of our own design and with our own software. This is due to the fact that some aspects of the operation of this control unit do not suit us.
