AFE4420: AFE4420 register configration

I'm now debugging AFE4420, I got some demo code, but from the demo code, I find the value write to the 4420 register is send by PC tools,

could you please give some register configration table, such as configration for sample Green LED data, IR led data, and IR+Red led data.
