    What Windows Operating System is the software installed on? Are they able to follow the installation process in the user guide without any errors?

    Hi TCT,

    Now the data can be collected normally, but I send 2mv10hz normal dark wave through the signal generator, and the software shows that there is no signal. How to set it to collect data correctly.

    Hi,

    Glad to hear you can run the EVM GUI without any error. 

    Please make sure the EVM is set up correctly by going through the user manual as a starting point. Section 4 in the user guide shows some tests (input short, internal test signals) that you can run for verification. 

    If possible, please show how your EVM and device are set up for your testing and how you apply the signal to the EVM.
