Planning to use ADS42LB69 device in our new design.

The FPBW of the device is given as 900MHz(Typical) in the Data sheet.

where as the electrical characteristics are given for frequencies up to 230 MHz only.

what could be the value of SNR/SFDR/SINAD/THD for input frequency of 1GHz?

We captured data with a standard EVM Fin = 100MHz, Fs = 250MHz and adjusted the amplitude to get -1dBFs. The data is shown below in Plot1. We then increased the frequency to 990MHz, leaving the amplitude the same at the first capture, and recaptured the data shown below in Plot2. As you and see, the performance rolled off in the 8^th Nyquist as would be expected.

The EVM did not have any extra modifications to tune the input circuit at 1GHz. Since this was a single part we cannot guarantee any datasheet level performance based on this data.
