ground partition of ADS4149

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS4149

sir:

ADS4149 is a high speed ADC up to 250MHz sampling. It is 48 pin QFN package. In the pin definition, there is analog power suply pin AVDD with analog AGND, while there is digital power supply pin DRVDD and digital DRGND. In the datasheet, it is said that "a single ground plane is sufficient for good performance". Should I partition the Groud as GND and AGND, or I just leave the ground to be a single whole one?

In my project, I provide the analog power and digital power individually, also I partition the ground plane to be GND and AGND. Certainly , I partition the Ground under the ADC. Is this right? if it is ok to partition the ground under ADC, should I connect the GND and AGND with a bridge? if I surely need to connect the GND and AGND, which formation of  connection is good?

Thanks

Jacky
