I tried to look for ADC12J4000 SPICE model which my customer requested. But I could not find it out on WEB.

Could you provide me the SPICE model?

    Hi Toshi

    We do not have SPICE functional models for any of our high speed ADCs. We do have IBIS and IBIS-AMI models for the device I/O available in the ADC12J4000 product folder under the Tools & software models section. S-parameter measurements can also be provided if needed.
