Is this device can be used for support Ku band? If not which one can support Ku and Ka band?

That TIDA is not intended to support frequencies in Ku or Ka band.
What is your application, radar or something else?

I'm not aware of any K band radar solutions, but a different group at TI has several higher frequency products targeted at Automotive and Industrial radar:

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the info, is this chip IWR1642: Small, high performance single chip radar can be used for KU band 12-16GHz operation frequency using FMCW technique for range estimation?

The IWR1642 will not work for Ku band frequencies. It is only rated for 76 to 81 GHz.

I have not identified any TI high speed ADC or integrated radar products which can directly support Ku band frequencies.

At a minimum, some frequency down-conversion would be needed to allow usage of the currently available ADCs. None of the TI RF up/down-converting mixers support K band frequencies, so non-TI solution would be needed for this portion of the signal chain.

Hi Martin

The hardware platform used for TIDA-01442 consists of the ADC12DJ3200EVM and TSW14J57EVM capture platform. The standard ADC EVM GUI was used to configure the ADC board, while the High Speed Data Converter Pro (DATACONVERTERPRO-SW) software platform was used for capture board control and data analysis.

If you want to buy a single unit for testing and evaluation purposes the boards can be obtained at the links above.

If you want to buy large quantities then you will need to engage with a third party vendor. Unfortunately I'm not aware of any publicly available products from our customers.
