ADS52J90: ADS52J90 internal clock

Hi ,

I am using ads52j90 with TSW14J56. I am accessible to function generator that goes only up to 5Mhz.It seems I need to get much higher then 5MHz. I am trying to use the internal clock , by doing following connections:

JP6 1-2

JP7 2-3

JP8 2-3

JP40 2-3

JP41 1-2

However, when ever I connect my JP7 pins to oscilloscope , I did not see anything? Please let me know how to use the internal clock?

Moreover , When I provide 5Mhz 5V square wave as external clock , I dont see my D4 blinking. What could be the error?

Hi,

on my TSW14J56 board , I am see my LEDs D1 and D3 ON with D4 not blinking at all, indicating there is no sync. However , the GUI's are recognizing the boards. Please let me know what could be the error?
