AMC1200 nonlinearity issue...

Dear sirs,

Attached is my customer design schematics.

As their testing, they test them separately and the linearity performance are excellent for AMC1200 and XTR117.

However, while he put them together and interfaced with diff. OP(MCP617) then tied all GND together, the nonlinearity became more than 0.5%. 

Is there anyone can help this issue?

What should I do for modification?

    Hi Peter,

    I'm not sure I completely understand your setup.  Are you having issues when PGND and SGND are tied together or just with the addition of the diff amp?  The other day you were asking about a model for the AMC1200.  Were you able to model the iso-amp along with that diff amp?
