We made design on DAC7760 and have some doubts about AVSS voltage.
In datasheet we test condition we see that AVSS should be at least 0.5 lower minimal output voltage.
The same is described in note 2:
(2) Assumes a footroom of 0.5 V.
But in note 1 we see that AVSS can be 0 and V out can start from 0 V too
(1) When powered with AVSS = 0 V, INL and offset error for the 0-V to 5-V and 0-V to 10-V ranges
are calculated beginning from code 0x0100 for DAC8760 and from code 0x0010 for DAC7760.
We need output range 0-5 V and 0-10 V. What is required voltage for AVSS? Should it be -0.5V? Or we can use -0.23 V for example?
It's need to be pointed that we already have -0.23 V in our schematics from LM7705. So it's very useful to use it. But we don't sure that it'll work.
