ADS8586S: Footprints/Schematic Symbol for Device

I was looking for a footprint or schematic symbol for the ADS8586S. Usually the first place I'd check is the "Quality & Packaging" section for .bxl CAD symbols, then a search in Ultra Librarian, then search Altium's Unified Component Library. 

I was also looking inside the ADS8588SEVM-PDK User Guide and it looks like Altium models were used. However it looks like the EVM is not available as a reference design so that I could extract the symbol and footprint.

Is there a footprint/schematic symbol available?
