    Thank you for your post.

    The schematic can be found at the end of the User Guide on the ADS1298ECGFE-PDK product folder.

    Regarding the layout, the design files were completed quite some time ago, and all I have to share are the gerbers themselves (see below). The layer plots can also be found in the User Guide.
