We want to connect BT656 output of TVP5150AM1 to two OLED displays. Can any one suggest scheme for this? Can we connect in parallel (without any buffer) to two displays directly?

This depends on many factors.
The key care-abouts are as follows...
a) output drive capability of the TVP
b) input capacitance on the OLED pins
c) PCB layout capacitance
d) any cable capacitance you might have between the PCB and the OLED
You will just need to analyze these factors.
As long as the OLED can accept a BT656 input directly then you should also not need to worry about format conversion though.

Thanks for the reply. Requested to clarify, if by using digital IO buffers, can we take care about the mentioned parameters?
I am not sure I understand the question fully?
As long as you ensure that signal integrity is good then there is no reason why you can't drive multiple targets from the TVP.
Signal integrity is the most important factor though. This includes timing (signal length and matching), capacitance (affects slew rate), impedance matching (affects reflections), stubs (impedance discontinuities).
The TVP is purely output so does not itself care how many devices are attached and listening.
