Trouble Halting Target CPU: Error 0x00000020/-2011

Hi there,

Tools chain: CCS5.1 with XDS510USB.

It is a DM365 running on a RTOS with the nReset pin controlled by a MSP430.

The correct flow is the DM365 stops the routines, completes the shutdown flow, and ack the MSP430 to reset (the DM365).
However, the DM365 "sometimes" crashes during the shutdown flow (before ack the MSP430).

When this crash happens, I try to find clues by starting the debug mode in CCS (succeed) and connect to the target.
When connecting to the target, CCS console shows
"ARM9: Trouble Halting Target CPU: Error 0x00000020/-2011 Error during: Execution, An internal error occurred in which an illegal action (0x00000000) was requested while disconnected."

This make the debug inefficient/impossible.  Please help!

Thanks & regards,
Yulin.
