Error compiling and loading program to launchpad.

 Hi friends,

this is my first try given to launchpad 

I installed the ccs compiler yesterday and since then, i am trying to compile the blink your LED program given in TI wiki. 

When I press the debug button, I get the error in a window stating,

 

"Load program error

Encountered a problem loading file:

C:\Users\thinkanish\LPad_workspace\Blink_LED\Debug\Blink_LED.out

Could not open file"

and in the output console, I get,

"MSP430: GEL: Encountered a problem Loading file: C:\Users\thinkanish\LPad_workspace\Blink_LED\Debug\Blink_LED.out  Could not open file"

    Hi Anish,

    what OS are you on?  Do you have full permissions?  It looks like the path got doubled somehow

    C:\Users\thinkanish\LPad_workspace\Blink_LED\Debug\Blink_LED.out

    Can you verify where the .out is located?  Can you try manually loading it?  Go to the debug perspecitve and try Run->Load->Load Program

    Any further details on what you are experiencing and attempting would help as well.  Please keep us informed.

    Thankyou for your reply.

    I am running windows 7 professional. 

    Yeah I have full permission as I am only admin user account in my laptop. Also, i am using the latest version of ccs 

    I dont know where the .out is located.! but I think that it is not created itself! When i Build the project,

    The output of the console is this:


    **** Build of configuration Debug for project Blink_LED ****

    C:\ti\ccsv5\utils\bin\gmake -k all
    gmake: *** [main.obj] Error 1
    gmake: Target `all' not remade because of errors.

    **** Build Finished ****

    Kindly help.

    I need details on how you imported the project/what you are attempting, what errors you see etc etc.

    Hi Lisa,

    Sorry, the fault was mine!

    And Comodo internet security that i use.. It constantly sandboxed the .out file

    Disabling the antivirus and firewall did the job.

    I also got the same problem

    CortexR4: GEL: Encountered a problem loading file: C:\Users\K.Manjunathan\workspace_v6_0\fool\Debug\fool.out Could not open file

    How to rectify this problem

    i tried manually but the problem is Load program option is not enabled in debug perspective
