hi,

i m using CCS4 and TMS320F28335 module. I have got the error while debugging saying

memory mapped prevented reading of target at memory location...

i really need to get ahead. but i am confused . how do i solve this problem.

please help

Rubal,

If you search through the forums you will find several threads where other users have run into a similar error and you can read through the explanations/recommendations provided in those threads. The things to check would depend on exactly when you get this error, but in general I would start by checking that you are using the appropriate linker command file and GEL file for your device/board.

I would also point out that CCSv4 is now pretty old and if at all possible, I would recommend updating to the latest version of CCSv5, v5.4. It can be downloaded and installed from http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS
