Hi,

I am unable to see TMS320C6655 device while creating target configuration file. I tried using xds100v2 and BH560. Should I get c6655 specific files from anywhere?

And also I got a working c6657 project running on two cores. Now I am trying to change the project to c6655 to use only one core. I got into several compilation issues. Pl. advise the best way to proceed.

Hi Hari,

What version of CCS are you using? I see C6655 support with XDS100v2 and BH560 in my CCSV5.5 install.

Code Composer Studio

Version: 5.2.1.00018

Is it required to install a new version ? Or is there any file which we add, should make it working.

Also several packages like edma3 and others are checking devices and they do not contain c6655. Is it possible to know which versions should we start with for c6655?

Official C6655 support was added post CCSv5.4. You'll need 5.5 to have official support. However you can try creating a custom configuration or using the C6657 and bypassing one of the cores like one person did in the below thread:

But I'd strongly recommend CCSv5.5
