CCS Debug Crash

Hello,

I am trying to debug my project and after a build, I attempt to debug (right click the project and select "Debug As -> CCS Debug Session") and Code composer simply closes.  No Message no nothing.

In order to find the error I went to the Debug view and opened the target configuration.  Once the I select the configuration and select "Launch Selected Configuration" once the device I see the device in the debug window it displays "Blackhawk USB2000 Controller_0/C28xx (Disconnected : Unknown)."  From here I right click on the device and select "Connect To Device" and CCS closes.  Same thing no messages or anything.

OS: Windows 7 (64 bit)

CCS Version: 5.3.0.00090

Debug Device:  Blackhawk USB 2000 --The device manager indicates that everything is operating correctly.  I uninstall and re-install the drivers and everything seems to be OK.

I opened a ticket with TI yesterday.  They indicated that it is most likely a driver problem with the Blackhawk device but I am yet to hear anything back.  No one answered the phone at the Blackhawk support line.  Any help would be greatly appreciated as this brings development to a complete halt.

Thanks,

Jake
