JTAG on OMAP5432

Hello,

I'm trying to get the JTAG working on the OMAP5432 to be able to test the DDRs that are connected. I have the basic part of the JTAG working, ie: IDcode, Instruction capture, boundary registry length & bypass.

When extest instruction is selected for interconnect testing, most of the pins on the DDRs are stuck low. I'm trying to drive the CS (chip select) high to disable the DDRs and even that pin is stuck low. Any ideas?? My JTAG tool is ASSET. Is there a compliance pin thats not mentioned in the bsdl file?

Thanks,

Brian

Also silicon nails test for DDR fails in output pins, CLK, CS, Data, etc... reads "0", expect "1".
