I have followed all instructions, tried on more than one machine, regardless of what I do I always end up with problems with the vendor daemon unable to start. See attached Log file. I have changed hosts, used lmtools to configure, used web gui to configure, I’m ensured that the exe files are not blocked. My firewall is not running on the server.
Both .lic file and tidspssw.exe (and.exe.manifest) are in the same folder as lmgrd.exe. I have downloaded all software from links on the guide here: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/License_Server_Administration_for_CCS
OS I have tried are Windows server 2003 R2 and windows server and windows server 2003 R2 64bit. Both come back with the same error. I have installed the required C++ redist as suggested. I've also restarted the host machines to see if that helped to no avail.
