Hi, I wonder if you can help me managing the license move from CCS3.3 to CCS6: I have a support ID on a label in my original CCS3.3 platinum box, how should I use it for the CCS6?
Is there any procedure I can follow to upgrade my existing license? It seems I am eligible for a free upgrade of my existing license form CCS3.3 to CCS6; if I am wrong please let me know
