I saw this problem on OS X, and couldn't fix it even when following the advice in this post.

I thought I'd try things out in Windows to avoid using beta software, but I'm seeing the identical error here. I've installed the BLE stack for CC26xx, I've installed CCS version 6.1.1.00022, and I used all the default paths for everything. When I import SimpleBLEPeripheral as per the Software Developer's Guide, SWRU393A, I can't build it (though I am able to build the associated Stack project). I get the error:
"Product 'com.ti.rtsc.TIRTOSsimplelink' v2.13.0.06 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available".

Except that I have this exact version of SimpleLink installed:

What am I doing wrong? Any advice? Thanks!
