Error: Import failed for project 'projectName' because its meta-data cannot be interpreted

PC1:

this PC upgraded the project from CCS ver 5 and is able to load it fine.

windows 10 64 bit

Code Composer Studio: Version: 6.1.1.00022sandbox.7z

Laptop1:

Laptop is not able to load this project  

Windows 7 64 bit
