There is a known issue with improper flashing of programs on CC13xx/CC26xx devices when using CCSv6.2.0 Build 48 (6.2.0.00048). If you are using build 48, please see the thread mentioned below for more details and for a workaround:

CCSv6.2.0 build 50 has now been posted (6.2.0.00050). This includes a fix for the flashing issue exhibited by build 48 and no workaround is needed.
