CCS Install Error On Windows 7

Hi,

I tried to install CCS 6.2.0.00050 on Windows 7 a minute ago, and it said that it can't be installed unless I update to Windows 7 Service Pack 1. I updated to Service Pack 1 and restarted, but the CCS installer gave me the same error. This is a fresh Windows installation (because I just replaced my hard drive), so I don't have any previous versions of CCS installed.

Could you check if Windows in fact sees the SP1 as correctly installed by running the command mentioned in this post?

Hi,

Thanks for replying! I didn't but I looked at my updates again last night and it said the installation failed. I tried again and eventually got the update installed. After that, CCS worked.
