Hi,

I do not know how, suddenly i was prompt with this error.

I saw many people jump into this bug but no one could resolve.

Probable cause of error:
Press debug button many times when no CC3200-LaunchXL is connected.
When CC3200-LaunchXL is connected cannot anymore download or emulate program.
Solution:
Close CCS.
From workspace remove all directories except projects.
Open CCS, import project and everything works
