CCS Version 7.2 resource explorer fails to connect to the cloud. I have changed the settings under Windows>Preferences>General>Network Connections from Native to manual, with no change. Version 7.1 works just fine.
Just to say can see the problem under both Windows 10 64-bit and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, so doesn't appear an operating system specific problem.
I did have a look with Wireshark on the Ethernet traffic generated when the Resource Explorer was opened on CCS 7.1 and CCS 7.2 but didn't see any obvious error with CCS 7.2 attempting to contact a non-existent server.
I have a similar problem installing 7.2.0.00013. The resource server doesn't keeps connecting for ever.
However, I uninstalled before CC 7.1 and CCS 6.1 and the new install did not install entirely. After restart I updated the installation through the menu. After successful update the resource server doesn't end loading.
What should I do? reinstall (quite a bit of time) and delete the TI folder entirely first ?

!UPDATE! after a restart of CCS and searching for existing projects on the hard disk, the resource explorer started and works now fine.
