CCS: CCS Showing error --"Resource Explorer server failed to start"

hello,

I have installed CCS7. I tried to work with Resource Explorer, using it first time it showed some dialog boxes , it opened properly. during the package downloading; the download was interrupted and then it is not working now. when i start resource explorer now. it shows "Resource Explorer server failed to start" error.

Please help.

Hello Mandar,

Please try cleaning your workspace folder (or using a new one) and try again.

Also, what exact version of CCSV7 are you using?

Hello Ki,
I have tried cleaning and creating new workspace but issue is still there!
i am using CCS Version: 7.2.0.00013

Sorry for the delay. Can you provide a screenshot of your CCS environment with the error when you try opening Resource Explorer?
