Hi,

Section 2.6 of the XDS100 page below contains instructions to reinstall the device drivers on Windows. On Linux and macOS they are installed as a udev rule and usually do not require reinstall.

If you are trying to install these drivers without CCS, you can install the XDS Emulation Software Package from:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../XDS_Emulation_Software_Package
