I went through the directory but there we can see the source code of different projects like ADC,PWM,TIMER,GPIO etc.
But my question was where can i see the source code of functions/API's used in that?e.g. ADC_open(),ADC_close etc.

In the directory pointed to by Markel, you can find the file ADC.c that contains the function definitions for ADC_open() (line111), ADC_close() (line 57) and so on. 

That seems to be what you are looking for. Otherwise, please clarify.
