CCS/CCSTUDIO: Cannot access TI Resource Explore from CCS

Currently I could not access to TI Resource Explorer in CCS, except MSPWare that I have already imported to my computer. The could symbol was red and when I tried to make a connection, a pop-up window was shown as below.

My CCS version is 7.4, and all updates have been done. I followed the instruction of the pop-up window but TIREX-update could not be implemented because a newer version was installed (as notified by the system). Please help me fix that problem. I need to import some projects and code examples to demonstrate the connection between my host MSP430 MCU with a CC2650MODA. Thank you for your help.

I have the same, probably, issue.

Tirex update fails:

I see no error log in both install_golgs and tirex subfolders:

Hello Minh, Thomasz,
The "TIREX Update" wiki page was out of date. The correct package repo path should be: software-dl.ti.com/.../tirex-3.6.10

I updated the wiki. Please use that path and try again.

The link can only be accessed from the "Install New Software" dialog:

To get to that dialog, please follow the steps in the (recently updated) wiki:

FYI:

after a CCS restart needed to complete a new product installation (tirex-3.6.10), an installation hangs.
Retry does not help.
Issue is that the installer cannot rename c:\ti\ccs7\tirex to c:\ti\ccs7\tirex.backup
A security issue was my guessing.
I went to installers folder, ran tirex_3.6.10.201807031456_win32.exe with admin privileges.
It went o.k. however tirex subfolder was not created, existing tirex folder was overwritten.

I had no time to check it, however looks to me that CCS should be started with admin privileges (Win10) before
we run Help -> Install New Software...
