I tried install macro model in "Infineon - PSpice - IGBT - TRENCHSTOP5 - F5.lib" at Tina-Ti 9
and simulate model "IGP40N65F5_L2" in "Infineon - PSpice - IGBT - TRENCHSTOP5 - F5.lib".
Import Pspice net and compile --------- no error
New Macro Wizard --------- Access violation at address 009B6769 in module tina.exe
I will take a look at the model.

In reply to Britt Brooks - Online Design Tools:
Please try the attached .TSM file. It can be used with the Insert--> Macro feature in TINA-TI.
Hello Britt,I insert "IGP40N65F5_L2.TSM" in Macrolib.I exchange to this macro and simulate. Then TINA-TI is stopped.
Next I edit new circuit diagram and simulate.TINA-TI is stopped, too.
Best regards, Kechan
In reply to KECHAN:
Could you provide the .TSC file you are using?
I insert "IGBT_IGP40N65F5_Infenion.TSC".
Sorry for the delay. If you set the DC absoulte current limit to 100n and change the Always start Source step to Yes:
The simulation should run correctly.
I change analisys parameter and simulate.
TINA-TI is stopped (Humg up) in same way.
I insert changed file "IGBT_IGP40N65F5_Infenion.TSC".
The .TSC file you provided worked well with Transient and DC analysis. Please check your version of TINA-TI. The latest version on the web is 188.8.131.52. If you do not see this version when you click on Help--> About from the TINA-Ti window, download the .zip file from the web and update your version of TINA-TI.
I am using the latest version of TINA-TI. It does take a few seconds to start on my machine.
I check TINA-TI JAPANESE I use , this latest Version is 184.108.40.206.
I install TINA-TI English Version 220.127.116.11.
I simulate correctly by TINA-TI English Version.
