TINA/Spice: TINA Depletion mode MOSFET

Hi,

I want to see behavior of Depletion N-MOSFET as (simple and low cost) current limiter, something like this...

I inserted spice model by TINA New Macro Wizard for IXTT20N50 (attached), without any questions from TINA. Made simple circuit like one on picture (LED's are replaced by resistor), ERC OK, and simulation is working OK.

I done the same thing for LND01 (attached), and everything is OK until I try to simulate, and get "division by zero error" error. I see that spice model for IXTT20N50 is short, with LEVEL (revision) 3, while LND01 is more complex with LEVEL 49. Is this LEVEL 49 problem for TINA?
