After getting the information from the above two places, I connected the USB power to the BBB, connected the TI-01473→5V and 3A adapters, connected the computer and changed it to putty, but it did not change.

Sequence
1. Putty Connection
2. Login
3. Change register (enter 'i2cset ~~')
What did I do wrong?

I'd like to know how to increase P.S. 30 lumen or more.

The response from Philippe in the second thread you linked is the best resource for this question. Philippe is our teams expert when it come to the linux programming on EVMs such as yours. And I trust that what he shared is correct.

I ask that you please review Philippe's response as well as the EVM users guide and DLPC2607 programmers guide.

Do I have to enter administrator privileges to change the lumen?
In addition, the datasheet says up to 50 lumen is possible, so can you tell me what to do about this part?

Se Woong Oh,

It is possible for you to adjust LED brightness settings on your EVM without any additional privileges. You need to execute special compound commands which are documented in the DLPC2607 Programmer's Guide: https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/dlpu013a/dlpu013a.pdf

There are also python scripts which feature example implementations of various system functions (including LED brightness adjustment) here: https://github.com/RobertCNelson/boot-scripts/tree/master/device/bone/capes/DLPDLCR2000
