You mentioned factory settings. Is this device a brand new EVM or has it been recalibrated or otherwise used?

This is a used EVM. Unfortunately, I don't have a history of how the unit was used in the past.

Thanks for the update. Most likely something was changed in this EVM which has either caused problems with the configuration or the factory calibration (or both). Calibration can only be performed at the factory, but reference scans can be taken by yourself. 

You may want to verify first that your flash load of the DLPC150 is good. Have you reprogrammed the EEPROM of the device?

How should I check if the DLPC150 is good? The EEPROM was not reprogrammed.

You may want to try using an older GUI with this EVM. If this is an older nirScan Nano EVM, it may have been programmed/designed for the older GUI version.

Apparently, the GUI version and the DLPC150 are good. The problem continues. Is this the case that I should try to replace the reference calibration? Is it possible to do so without a configuration scan defined?

Can you elaborate what you mean by "the GUI version is good"?

Sorry. The version I use to run the device is DLPNIRscanNanoSoftware_2.1.0. With this version I was able to update the TIVA firmware using the file "NIRscan Nano.bin" considering that the Tiva Flash was empty / erased. That was how I acted to make the device work again, because before that, the EVM did not connect and none of the leds blinked or turned on.

Even if a few features work, I still recommend trying with the old 1.x version if possible to see if that helps.

Even doing this, trying version 1.x of Firmware DLPC150 the results are the same. I'm also trying to replace the reference calibration, but without the correct configuration scan set, I can't proceed.

If I understand correctly, the problem is the EEPROM. Is there any way to fix this? Can you help me understand the best way to fix this?
