Hi,

Good Day. I have a customer who is working with DLP lightcrafter4500. Please see below for his query. Thank you very much.

Is it possible to control the DLP with using java script? One more question. If I control the DLP with the GUI, can I control the exposure time? (like set it to be on for 2 sec, off for 5 sec)

Ray,

We don't have native javascript code for this EVM, but there is source code for the DLP LightCrafter 4500 GUI. You could adapt this code for your system to Javascript. In addition to this, the main communication interface for the DLP controller is I2C. You should be able to establish communication with the DLP chipset if you can implement an I2C driver in Javascript.

There appears to be some implementations of this nature visible on the net. For example, this one may be along the lines of what you are looking for: https://www.npmjs.com/package/i2c-bus
