DLP9000: Cannot set standby/read board status from GUI

Part Number: DLP9000

Dear TI,

I successfully connected DLPC9000 evaluation board to my computer and try to control it through GUI. I can see green 'connected' on the GUI and lights on the evaluation board on indicating chips are working. This is not a new part and I bought it several months ago. However, since the beginning, I cannot stand by the DMD through GUI, nor could I read status from DMD(e.g. on system settings panel, there are 'GET LED Control', 'GET DMD Park'). When I tried so, an error occurred.

For standby, it says "Unable to get StandbyDelaySec   Error: Invalid command number: 0x1A25"

For DMD park get, it says  "Unable to Read DMD park status   Error: Invalid command number: 0x609"

However, when I connected DMD to an official power supply, it starts to scan over its pre-stored patterns automatically. I could also use pattern on-the-fly mode, including uploading LUT, start/stop sequence.

Could you please tell me what's the problem? Thank you!
