DLP5530-Q1: DLP5530PGUQ1EVM

Part Number: DLP5530-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25141

Hi Team

The device is powered by a 12V stabilized power supply, the D4 and D5 lights of the evaluation board are normally on, and the control software on the computer can communicate, but there is no image light output, and the current value displayed by the stabilized power supply is small. After our own test, there is no voltage at the J5, J6, and J7 ports that supply the LEDs, and there is no voltage at the R13 behind the LM25141, but there are voltages (1-3V) at the TP4 to TP8 ports, and there is a 12V voltage at the R3 in front of the LM25141. As shown in the picture on the DLPC230 software, only the ADC Measurements page clearly shows an error. Do you think this is because the chip or electronic components on the LED driver board are damaged, or is it a problem with the software driver? Can you provide further repair methods or firmware for initialization?

Best Regards,
William
