I have a problem with one of the DLPNIRNANOEVM devices, that I purchased on the Texas Instruments website, and I would like to know if you can help me.
Due to an oversight, the equipment's sapphire sample window is broken (pictures in the attachment). I would like to know if there is this part for exchange and how I should proceed.
