Hi,

The power limit for the DMDs is based on the thermal capacity of the device, So if the 20kW/cm^2 is applied for a short enough period of time Its's reasonable that this may work

The high power may cause a temperature gradient in the DMD that may shorten its life span, and of course 20kW is far  above the recommended power for this device, So TI cannot recommend you do this. you would need to do your own testing to verify this application
