DLPC3430: DMD projector output flicker

Hi, we are using dlpc3040+dlpa3000+dlp2010 system for a projector product, during out prototype, we saw projector display has flicker.

we set the color bar test pattern from dlpc, we can see the black bar had clear flicker as the video shows below.

Did TI debugged this kind of failure before? Is there any system level debug solution recommended from your side?
