Good Day. I have a customer who is working with DLPDLCR230NPEVM. Please see below her query for your reference. Thank you very much.
I have tried to install the two directories (the Firmware and the Python support package) with pip from the command line but I get an error that I don't quite understand.
I first checked that the correct versions of Python and Pip are available and then tried to install both packages, first using the Python Package Index (PyPi) and then from a local directory containing archives (so ignoring PyPi) but both fail, I have attached screenshots of the error messages so you can better understand the problem.
I have followed the tutorial for installing packages from Python.org ( packaging.python.org/.../ ) and I have a Mac OS system.
