DLPNIRSCANEVM not displaying the GUI when 192.168.0.10 is entered

I connected my DLPNIRSCANEVM to connector 6 and also 14. Neither result in the ability to access IP 192.168.0.10.

I attempted to load driver for the COM Port but Windows10 says it has the best driver already.

I turned off the Windows10 automatic driver loading options and I still don't see the device with anything other than C:\WINDOWS\system\DRIVERS\usbser.sys

Is there a 64bit driver for the DLPNIRSCANEVM ?

I went to Microsoft downloads and searched for a 64 but RNDIS driver. That worked.
