DLPLCR4500EVM: About location of JTAG tools

Part Number: DLPLCR4500EVM

Hi,

One day, I could not connect my DLP LightCrafter 4500 to my PC through USB. So I tried to update the firmware by pinning it to J18 and putting it into Programming Mode. However, it failed and the control software did not recognize the device completely.

So I tried to use JTAG tools in the instructions below, but the link is broken. Can you please tell me where it is? Also, is there anything else I can do? I'm using Windows 10.
