Hi team,

I got a question from customer.

Use the calibration whiteboard to calibrate the DLP NIRscan Nano EVM

Click the scan button to measure the calibration whiteboard

Make sure to overwrite the factory calibration file

After completing the whiteboard calibration, perform spectral inspection on the whiteboard. Normally, the reflectivity of all bands should be around 1, but the actual reflectivity is between 0.7-0.9 as shown in the figure above.

I would like to ask how to solve this problem, so that the normal measurement can be performed after the calibration operation？

Hello Zhonghui,

Thank you for your patience. In the third image you shared, the box is checked for correction. Please uncheck this box. This box is applicable when one is using the "white out" as substitute for reference standard. The software tries make correction for white out spectrum.

Please retake scan with Box unchecked. You will see result as expected.
