hi,please help

i want to replace the default splash images and i proceed as follows：

down load the 3010 G2 firmware 7.3.3

update flash image by DLP LightCrafter Display v7.4

splash image updated ( four images created by myself )

creat a new img fiel

update the new img fiel

when the updating finished,the projector show a chessboard ,

check the pattern and images tab in the gui software the splash image dose not update

We will try to checkout this behavior at our end and get back to you in a couple of days. In the meantime, can you try the flash image update process using DLP-DLC GUI (https://www.ti.com/tool/DLPDLC-GUI) and see if that helps address your concerns?

i download the DLP-DLC GUI ,but it dose not support my evm(3010-g2)

The GUI page in itself describes the step by step procedure to update the flash image.

Did you reproduce my problem?

l have tried the flash image update process using DLP-DLC GUI (https://www.ti.com/tool/DLPDLC-GUI) but i dosenot support my evm（DLPDLCR3010EVM-G2）
