DLP3010EVM-LC: Which programs do you recommend to use to open the reference design files(dsn, opj, drl, brd, ...)?

Hi,

Currently, we are looking at the reference design documents which we can find on the TI page (Design guide — TIDA-080003)

We are trying to miniaturize the projector controller.

There are several schematic files and gerber files:

My question is, which program do you recommend to use to open/try these files?

For example, there are several similar market leading tools(e.g. Altium, Eagle, etc) which support PCB design/gerber files, but I think there must be the exact tools which are suitable or are used to make these files.
