DLPC4422: What is the difference between the old version of DLPC4422 and the new one?

  The PN# OF old version of DLPC4422  is DLPC4422,but the new one is  DLPC4422AZPC,

 Is there any file can explain the specifical difference between them?

By the way,Series 600HB DMD and DLP650NE has no difference in hardware,Is there any difference in software?

    Hello Sam Sun,

    There are no design or functional differences between the DLPC4422 and the DLPC4422AZPC, it is due to a Fab change requiring a respin of naming convention.

    Additional, the Series 600HB DMD and DLP650NE are not the same DMD. The DLP650NE is Series S600, which has different thermal and lumens maximums. There is different software for each DMD.

    Sum Sun,

    The only change between DLPC4422 and DLPC4422A was a production facility ("fab") change; the device is now produced in a different facility.  We had to "rename" the device due to the move.  There is no design or functional change to the device.
