Hi,

Good day.

Our customer is looking for the dlp2010 eagle library.

In addition, they're confused because the chip seems to have both LGA pads and a mezzanine connector? it has the (PANASONIC AXT640124DD1 connector and LGA pads, is this so that the panasonic connector can be desoldered and the chip can be soldered directly to a pcb?

Hello Cedrick,

I will check internally if we have eagle library for DLP2010 DMD and get back in few days.

DLP2010 Connector - The mating board to board connector head is part of DMD substrate. It cannot be separated/de-soldered. The DMD is not designed to soldered on PCB. They are electrically connected using board to connector (ex DLP2010) or DMD mounting hardware (ex DLP 3010) as described in the application note DMD mounting Hardware.

The 3D CAD model (step file) are available for the the DMD in "Design Tools & Simulation" tab in the DLp2010 folder.

We don't have support for Eagle library.
