Four MOS use different model,

CSD17309Q3 and CSD17501Q5A,Why use this way?

Can I all use CSD17501Q5A?

Hello User,

We are using the CSD17309Q3 as HS FET due to the Rdson value to set the over current protection as close as possible to 26A.

Please refer to our DLPA3005 datasheet section 7.3.3.3.
